Our chief in command, Matt Hill has been involved in tourism since 2014, before launching the Bespoke enterprise in 2018. A keen golfing enthusiast without the swing to prove it, you'll find Matt knee-deep in the rough with a smile on his face that shows he's just happy to be there.

Max Olson
After getting involved in the game at an early age, Max has been passionately pursuing golf as both a career and a competitive hobby for last 15 years. Personally playing off a scratch handicap, Max has been a member of provincial representative teams as well as winning personal and team events at the club level.
For the last five years Max has also been splitting his time between New Zealand and the United States, working as a caddy at some of the most prestigious private clubs in the world. Tara Iti in New Zealand and the Vintage Club and Colorado Golf Club in the United States. With an infectious love and enthusiasm for the game coupled with an extensive knowledge of the New Zealand golfing landscape, Max is the perfect guide/caddy to help give you a Kiwi golf experience to remember!

Tom Ritchie
The latest addition to the team, Tom Ritchie, brings an unparalleled enthusiasm for the game and a tidy short game to match. A relative latecomer to golf, Tom rapidly picked up the sport in his university years. It didn't take long before his handicap descended quicker than the meniscus in his beer, while he sits in the clubhouse spouting stories of his first eagle to anyone that wants to listen (plot twist - no one).
Tom's passion for the game and appreciation for a seamlessly run golfing holiday makes him a perfect fit for the team and the right man to design your dream New Zealand golfing adventure!
