Millbrook

Positioned in one of the most enchanted golfing regions in the world, Millbrook's two 18-hole courses have been dazzlingly designed and materialised from the rugged mountain topography, making it a breathtaking environment to tee off at, with exceptional photo opportunities around every bend.

Designed by Sir Bob Charles, Greg Turner and Scott Macpherson, it is 36 holes of variety and curiousness. Featuring five alternative tee positions for enjoyment throughout all playing levels, the name 'Millbrook' is often overheard in greenside gossip about the finest golf resorts in the Southern Hemisphere.

Coronet 18

The Coronet 18 designates a new standard for golfing superiority with theatrical backdrops of the Remarkables mountain range and Coronet Peak. Exquisite turf quality with swift and reliable greens seamlessly meld into the landscape. The latest nine holes are on an upper plateau, utterly foreign to Queenstown's other offerings. Here, there are astonishing vistas across the basin from a semi-alpine surrounding. The original course wanders around Mill's stream in a sedate, agrarian environment you would expect from the old Mill farm. So, needless to say, there's a lot of diversity in one location. Whether admiring Millbrook's mountain tarn or finding oneself drowning in the scenery, the experience is truly second to none.

Remarkables 18

Containing elements of the original Millbrook Resort course, the fast and true greens, fine turf quality and a dazzling alpine setting unite to deliver the golfing experience for which Millbrook is celebrated. However, with the Crown Range and Arrow river valley furnishing the mesmerising backdrops, concentrating on golf can be quite the challenge. Roving between tarn-like ponds with spectacular 360-degree vistas of Millbrook, the Remarkables and Arrow nines have combined to form Remarkables 18, delivering a truly unforgettable golfing challenge.

Bobs Peak, Queenstown

Surrounding Area

A phrase you're likely to hear more than once, Queenstown really is the outdoor and adventure utopia of New Zealand.

An international ski town through and through, the streets of Queenstown are a hive of activity, with countless options of activities filling your diary and your photo album alike. Activities that I would recommend for you would include a scenic flight to see the lakes, glaciers and surrounding mountains via bird's eye view, a ride up the Skyline Gondola atop Bob's Peak, the internationally famous Shotover Jetboat and a trip with your guide skirting along Lake Wakitipu to Glenorchy.

Here lies filming sites for The Lord Of The Rings, a beautiful boardwalk circuit with plenty of wildlife and jaw-dropping scenery. Queenstown is also the perfect place to try Skydiving for those of you who dare for a thrill!

When all is said and done, when the sun starts setting, and you need to refuel after a busy day, the dining in Queenstown is second to none, with many different cuisines catering to all preferences.
