The 7139 yard (6528 metre) layout brings a large amount of elevation change with holes manoeuvring from high coastal ridges, down through inland marshland and back again. How to get there

Being one of New Zealand’s most northern golf courses, Kauri Cliffs is a 4-hour drive north of Auckland Airport and a 2-hour drive north of the Mangawhai area. The drive, although longer, covers some stunning views of the northeast coastline and is a scenic adventure in itself! There is also the option to take a 40-minute flight from Auckland to the Bay of Islands airport and then a 45-minute drive to the course.

Kauri Cliffs boast a stunning practice area looking over the pacific ocean. This includes a full driving range setup, large putting green, and multiple chipping/ short game areas to get your game fine-tuned before or after your round with a fully operational pro shop, including cart and club rentals, merchandise as well as local cashmere and wool products and local artwork at sculpture.
