This 6351 metre (6946 yards) 18-hole layout offers a combination of length, elevation change and fast, undulating greens. The four different tee options give the course an element of playability to golfers of all skill levels. At the same time, the back nine panoramic views of the pacific ocean and the Auckland harbour make your closing stretch one to remember! Having played host to numerous New Zealand Opens and a Golf World Cup, Gulf Harbour Country Club is a perfect combination of world-class golf design and breathtaking New Zealand scenery.

Cattle once grazed on the course site and has been kept primarily open to the elements, meaning the Hauraki Gulf can bring various climatic challenges to the golfer. As well as providing a world-class golf experience, a visit to Gulf Harbour Country Club also provides golfers with some fantastic vistas of the Auckland area. As you enter the back nine, the 12th hole offers incredible views looking back towards Auckland city with views all down the North Shore. The signature 16th hole, as well as providing a tough challenge for golfers, also offers stunning views across Shakespear Regional Park and beyond the island of Tiritiri Matangi.
